About Woodlands

 

Woodlands Monitored Living provides assistance for you or your loved one in a homelike setting. We are a family owned and operated business since 1997. All of our residences are located in quiet neighborhoods in safe communities throughout the state.

Our facilities are comprised of single and shared bedrooms, private and shared baths, a common dining room, and one or more common living areas. All residences are fully sprinklered, alarmed, inspected and certified by the state regularly. Services include 24/7 monitoring, medication monitoring, home-cooked meals, laundry service, and housekeeping all in a structured environment. 

 

Our caring staff and management provide a clean, safe and harmonious environment for our residents.  Our shared philosophy is that these are homes and should be treated as such. Operator-Managers live-in at each facility. Managers have additional operator certification through the state Department of Community Affairs that covers nutrition, safety, medication monitoring and other requirements of running a facility. Support staff includes certified home health aides and general assistance staff. Resident to staff ratio is approximately 10 to 1. Affiliated services include outpatient therapeutic daycare and social programs. In-house doctor visits from General Practitioners, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and Podiatrists, visiting nurses, and physical therapists*.
